Refund policy

Return Policy

New, unused (or unwanted) product may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit provided that:

• Prior approval is obtained from Mack Darts (Via email or telephone)
• Product is still in its original box and packing
• Product has not been used (is in new condition)
• Unwanted items must be returned at the buyers expense
• Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted from the item prior to refund
• All returned product will be refunded to the purchaser’s account

Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise
